At Metron Capital, Sunny oversees the company’s asset management platform that oversees $90M in workforce housing and single-tenant medical office assets. Her other roles include identifying and underwriting acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Metron, Sunny was a public health professional within the Los Angeles basin.
Sunny received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with an emphasis in community health from Cal State University of Los Angeles. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California.
